Our goal is to remain the most important bluegrass event in Europe, attracting top artists and visitors from Europe and the USA. To achieve this we have to offer everyone the best playing, viewing and human environment possible.
To achieve this goal we rely on over 200 volunteers, whose expertise and friendly welcome are recognised as a key factors of the festival's success. We are entirely a volunteer organisation and we are always looking for more help, so please consider joining us. Volunteers are expected to work 4-hour shifts for which they receive a special volunteer tee shirt, a free beaker, meal vouchers and free access to festival for all 4 days. Below you will see a list of workstations from which you can choose where to help out. There can never be too many of us and we welcome anyone over the age of 16 from near and far. |
